  • Select from our premium leather patches, full-color leather patches, or our new hybrid patch, which features a full-color image on a tweed backing with threaded edging.

 

3-Pick Your Leather or Backing Color

  • Choose the leather color for our premium patches or the backing color for our full-color patches.

  • If selecting a hybrid patch, choose “No Option.”

 

4-Select Patch Size & Shape

  • Choose your preferred patch size and shape. If you're unsure or want a custom shape, select the die-cut option.

 

5-Select Your Hat Size

  • For our premium line of hats, we offer multiple sizing options. Choose the best fit for you.

 

6-Choose Hybrid Backing Twill Color

  • If you selected a hybrid patch, pick the twill backing color.

  • For leather patches, select “No Option.”

 

7-Upload Your Design

  • Upload your custom logo, artwork, or text for the patch. Ensure the file meets our required format and quality guidelines.

 

8-Complete Checkout

  • Enter your shipping details and complete your purchase.

 

9-Receive & Approve Your Mockup

  • Within 24 hours, we’ll send you a digital mockup of your custom hat.

  • Review it carefully. If changes are needed, let us know.

  • Once approved, we’ll begin production on your custom hat!

 

10-Your unique, handcrafted hat will then be shipped directly to you. Enjoy your custom creation!
